By submitting the information specified in the fields and/or sending the Curriculum Vitae (CV) by e-mail, I agree that the personal data specified in my Curriculum Vitae and its annexes, including but not limited to the name, surname, date of birth, photo, address, telephone number, e-mail address, education, foreign languages used, additional training, driver’s license, previous work experience (name of the company, duties, working periods) Girteka group companies specified in Appendix no. 1 and other companies related to the Company, for which job position I am applying for (hereinafter – the Company) (hereinafter – Girteka group companies) would be processed for the purpose of employee selection.

I agree that the personal data specified in the Curriculum Vitae would be provided and used by Girteka group companies, which are established in EU Member States and/or other third countries (e.g. Girteka Business Services, which is established in Sakartvelo (Georgia) (Vake-Saburtalo district, Abashidze str. N34, commercial premises Na-3, Block I, Tbilisi, Georgia), in accordance with the standard data protection conditions approved by the European Commission, as much as it is related to my candidacy for a specific job position (I have the right to ask the person performing the selection to provide information about the company and the country in writing before giving this consent). I understand that the right to access personal data may be granted to companies that supervise information systems and act on behalf of the Company as a data controller. I understand that my personal data may be disclosed to third parties in accordance with legal requirements.

Where personal data will be accessed, provided, transferred or processed by an undertaking established outside the European Economic Area (i.e. outside a Member State of the European Union and outside Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), such undertaking will undertake to process personal data subject to such security measures as to ensure that the level of security of personal data in the European Union is ensured in a third country, including the processing of data in accordance with the provisions laid down in the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission. I am informed that by applying to the Company and submitting the identity document or in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts via electronic means of communication that allow proper identification of a person, who has confirmed his/her identity, I have the right to:

• access my personal data, including the data recipients to whom the personal data were transferred;
• demand the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data;
• require the restriction of data processing operations (other than storage) or the destruction of data (if I withdraw my consent);
• the right to data transferability (to receive personal data from the Company or from companies related to the Company, or to request the transfer of my personal data to the specified data controller);
• the right to object to the processing of personal data.

I am informed that my personal data will be stored for 9 months from the moment of receiving the data or since my participation in the job interview. The personal data provided by me can be transferred to companies related to the Company, which will ensure their proper protection and confidentiality. The right to access personal data may be granted to companies that supervise information systems and act on behalf of the Company as a data controller. I understand that my personal data may be disclosed to third parties in accordance with legal requirements.
