The following personal data is provided by a person and is processed by Girteka Group companies, specified in the Annex No. 1: the person’s name, surname, e-mail, telephone number and area of study. 

The legal basis for personal data processing is the consent given by a person by filling and sending a form.

The purpose of personal data processing is receiving emails about Girteka Group open job positions and other career growth related information

Personal data would be processed for 2 (two) years following the receipt of consent.

The person who has given the consent always has the right to unsubscribe to all emails about Girteka Group open job positions and other career growth related information at any time. This can be done by clicking on the link in the newsletter/offer received, which allows to opt out of receiving this information/notifications/offers. It is also possible to unsubscribe by writing an email to duomenuapsauga@girteka.eu.
