Guest privacy policy
To protect the office and its employees from unauthorized access by third parties, UAB “Girteka Competence Center,” legal entity code 306167468, address: Laisvės pr. 36, Vilnius (hereinafter referred to as Girteka), email: info@girteka.eu, collects and processes personal data of individuals who wish to enter Girteka’s office premises (hereinafter referred to as guests).
This Privacy Policy provides information about the personal data collected by Girteka (the Data Controller) from guests when such personal data is collected at the Girteka reception desk as part of the process of entering Girteka’s office premises. Girteka processes personal data in compliance with Lithuanian and European Union legal requirements, including the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

Personal data refers to any information about an individual that can directly or indirectly identify their identity.
WHEN DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLY
This Privacy Policy applies when personal data is collected at the Girteka reception desk from guests seeking to enter Girteka’s office premises.
WHAT IS THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The legal basis for processing personal data is the individual’s consent, given by providing their personal data at the Girteka reception desk to gain access to the office premises.
The following personal data is processed: Name, surname; Name of the represented company (if applicable); Name and surname of the Girteka employee the guest is visiting.
Personal data is stored for 6 months from the date of submission and is then irreversibly deleted.

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

- To access your personal data,
- To request the correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect personal data,
- To request restrictions on data processing activities,

- To the portability of your personal data,
- To withdraw your consent at any time (when data processing is based on consent),
- To lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority, whose contact details are available at vdai.lrv.lt
If you wish to exercise your rights, contact Girteka via email at duomenuapsauga@girteka.eu, providing a specifically formulated request. Please note that you must verify your identity to exercise your rights. Girteka will review your request and provide information within one month.
If you believe that Girteka is improperly processing your personal data or failing to implement your rights, you are encouraged to first contact Girteka to resolve any issues. You are fully responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the personal data you provide.
If your submitted personal data or other related information changes, you must immediately update your personal data or other related information.
WHAT RIGHTS DOES GIRTEKA HAVE
If Girteka doubts the accuracy of the provided personal data or other related information, it has the right to request that such data or information be clarified and/or supplemented.
